GFAS Enters the 4th of July Parade

Great Falls Animal Shelter Marching in July 4, 2012 Parade

For the first time ever, the Great Falls Animal Shelter and their Shelter Sidekicks participated in the 4th of July Parade, along with happy pet owners of adopted and/ or rescued pets.

27 happy rescued dogs, 1 cat, and 1 rat marched alongside 40 people to promote the adoption of shelter animals.

Participants wore shirts stating 'Rescued... Is My Favorite Breed' and the pets wore matching bandanas.

If you would like to have your very own T-Shirt to promote the adoption of shelter animals and aid in the building of a cattery, visit our T-Shirts Available link.

Below are pictures of the fun we all had in the parade.

We hope to see you all and more next year!
