"Operator" includes every person who operates or is in actual physical control of the operation of the snowmobile.
"Person" includes any individual, partnership, association or corporation, or any other body or groups of persons, whether incorporated or not, and regardless of the degree of formal organization.
"Snowmobile" includes any self-propelled vehicle designed primarily for travel on the snow or ice or natural terrain, which may be steered by wheels, skis or runners, and which is not otherwise registered or licensed under the laws of the State. (Prior code §10-2-30(A)).It is unlawful for any person or operator to drive any snowmobile upon any public streets, avenues, highways, roadways, alleys or sidewalks within the City, or upon any public parks or public grounds within the City. (Prior code §10-2-30(B)).
