The International Energy Conservation Code shall be the same edition as adopted by the State. The International Energy Conservation Code is adopted by administrative action per section 24.301.202 of the Administrative Rules of Montana. The International Energy Conservation Code currently being enforced by the City of Great Falls is on file in the office of Community Development. Copies of each are available for inspection.
