Jennifer Reichelt -- Deputy City Manager
Jennifer Reichelt has been the Deputy City Manager for the City of Great Falls since August of 2010. She is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the City and works closely with the City Manager, City Commission and nine Neighborhood Councils.
She currently oversees Human Resources, the City Clerk, Animal Shelter, Mansfield Center for Performing Arts and the Neighborhood Council Liaison. Jennifer also coordinates the City’s communications efforts with the media, public and employees and serves as the City’s primary public information officer.
Outside of work Jennifer serves on the board of directors for United Way of Cascade County and NeighborWorks Great Falls. She is also actively involved with Graduation Matters, the Downtown Development Partnership and Junior League.
She relocated from the City of Glendale, Arizona, where she worked for ten years, most recently serving as Glendale’s Deputy Marketing Director. While in Glendale Jennifer also worked in the City Manager's Office and Economic Development Department.
In Glendale, Jennifer was responsible for overseeing the city’s Convention & Visitors Bureau, Civic Center, advertising and branding campaigns, sports marketing efforts and assisted in developing citizen education and outreach plans. She also worked on a number of special economic development projects for the Manager’s Office.
While in Arizona, she had experience serving as a city spokesperson in the media and assisted in mega-event planning for events such as the 2008 Super Bowl, WrestleMania XXVI, a BCS Championship game, Tostitos Fiesta Bowls and Spring Training. Jennifer also managed the Glendale Centerline project, the City’s downtown redevelopment project.
Jennifer graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration (98) and a Master’s of Public Administration (00).
