You will not be allowed to leave the Bike Transition Area without a helmet. Road bikes are recommended, but mountain bikes are acceptable.

The last day to enter without a late fee will be July 21, 2008. All entries must be postmarked by this date. No entries will be accepted after July 29, 2008.
Race Packet Pick Up will be Friday, August 8, 2008, from 4-7 p.m. at the Great Falls Park and Recreation Department, 1700 River Drive North; Saturday, August 9, 2008 from 2-4 p.m. at Gold’s Gym, 715 13 Street South; or Race Day at the Electric City Water Park 6-7 a.m.
