  • Friday, March 26 (Wholesale Buyers’ Day)
    9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    open exclusively to wholesale buyers and special guests – at no cost
  • Saturday, March 27(Retail Public Day)
    9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    $3/adult and children 12 and older; free if 11 years old or younger

Timing is Everything

The show is strategically timed to connect exhibitors with buyers looking to purchase for the spring and summer sales season.

Register as a Wholesale Buyer.

Three ways to register: (choose one)

  1. Submit your information online and supporting documents by email.

OR

  1. Complete a Buyers’ Advance Registration electronically*, print it, attach supporting documents, and mail everything.
    NOTE: To move between fields in the form, use the Tab key; or use your left mouse button to click in the next field.
    CAUTION: You cannot save data typed into this form, so please print more than one copy of your completed form if you would like a copy for your records.
    • To print multiple copies of your registration, once you’ve filled in the PDF form online:
      • Click on the printer icon in the left-hand end of the bar above the document screen;
      • In the Print dialogue screen that opens, go down to the Page Handling section of the Print dialogue screen;
      • Click the upper small blue triangle to the right of Copies: section, where a 1 is displayed by default, if you want more than one copy; and
      • Click on OK at the bottom of the Print dialogue screen, and your copies will print.

OR

  1. Fill in by hand the registration form you received in the mail, attach supporting documents, and mail everything. (If you didn’t receive a Buyers’ Registration in the mail, print one*.)

Registration is free.

The first-come, first-serve approach to booth rental by qualified producers juried into the Marketplace helps produce a good mix of return exhibitors and new exhibitors. The typical breakdown of exhibitors:

  • 60 percent returnees
  • 40 percent first-time
