GREAT FALLS FIRE RESCUE RECOGNIZES
250 YEARS OF SERVICE

GREAT FALLS, Montana –Next month, the Great Falls Fire Rescue will be honoring ten of its most senior members who have reached a career milestone! Those who have served twenty years or more in the Great Falls Fire Rescue will be recognized at a reception, on Monday, July 2, at 10 a.m. at Fire Station 1 (105 9th Street South). The reception is open to the public.

According to Fire Chief Randy McCamley, “Collectively these firefighters represent over 250 years of faithful service to the citizens of Great Falls and we commend them for their commitment to our community.”
 

Those being recognized for completed years of service include:

  • Battalion Chief Steve Gonser (35 years)
  • Batttalion Chief Dwane Sutphin (30 years)
  • Battalion Chief Jamie Jackson (30 years)
  • Captain Talbert Bryan (25 years)
  • Battalion Chief Charles Rovreit (25 years)
  • Fire Marshal Doug Bennyhoff (25 years)
  • Captain Jeff Jackson (20 years)
  • Captain George Cook, Jr. (20 years)
  • Captain Ron Scott (20 years)
  • Captain Doug Neil (20 years)
