AFTER JULY 4

The City of Great Falls hopes everyone had a safe and enjoyable Fourth of July and would like to remind residents that fireworks are no longer allowed to be discharged within city limits per City Ordinance

Fireworks are only allowed to be discharged within the Great Falls City limits on July 2, 3 and 4 from 8 a.m. to midnight. City Police Officers and Firefighters shall enforce these rules and regulations. Any person who violates these rules and regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the following fines (Ord. 2664, 1994).

1st Offense—One hundred dollars ($100.00).

2nd Offense—Two hundred dollars ($200.00).

3rd Offense—Three hundred dollars ($300.00).

4th and higher—One thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
