We strive to make the City of Great Falls a wonderful place to live, but nobody's perfect, so to better serve our citizens, we welcome and encourage them to inform us of problems in the community that need to be addressed. We do not interpret citizen complaints as harsh criticisms, but rather as guides to what we can do to better serve the citizens of Great Falls.
