NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL #6 TO HOST A NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH PRESENTATION
GREAT FALLS, Montana – Neighborhood Council #6 will be hosting a Neighborhood Watch presentation on Wednesday, March 5, at 7 p.m. in the Sunnyside School gymnasium (1800 19th Street S). The goal of the evening will be to increase community involvement in the program and work towards ultimately, lowering crime in the area. The evening will focus on how residents can build stronger neighborhoods, one block at a time. The event is open to the public and the Sunnyside PTA will provide light refreshments.
Special guests include the Neighborhood Watch Program Director Carol Bronson of NeighborWorks Great Falls, Sergeant Bryan Slavik of the Great Falls Police Department and Sheriff Bob Edwards of the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office. In addition, Lance Boyd, principal at Sunnyside School, will talk about specific issues surrounding the school.
