Ordinance 2925 was adopted by the City Commission in November of 2005.
The Electric City Power Board of Directors governs the City's non profit corporation, Electric City Power.
The Board's five members are appointed by the City Commission.

The Bylaws state that the five member Board of Directors shall be appointed by the City Commission and that the term of office will be six years, with initial appointments on staggered terms.
