CALL TO ORDER: 5:30 PM
ROLL CALL: Directors present: George Golie and Randy Gray. Also present were the ECPI Executive Director and the City Manager.
A quorum was not present; therefore, no official business was conducted.
The next meeting is set for November 5, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. in the Gibson Room of the Great Falls Civic Center.Coleen Balzarini, Executive Director
