Annual Performance Report
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) illustrates how the City of Great Falls carried out its strategic plan for the past fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). It describes how federal funding, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and other sources of funding were used in cooperation to work toward the goals of the Consolidated Plan.
Following are the executive summary of the CAPER--2007/2008 Program Year and the complete report (minus appendices).
A complete version of the 2007/2008 CAPER (with the accompanying appendices) is available for review at the Community Development Department, Civic Center, Room 112. The CAPER was submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development on September 26, 2008.
