How do I get a refund on my cash bond?
Bond refunds are mailed within two to four weeks after ordered returned by the Judge.
There is a warrant out for my arrest, what do I do?
Appear in court to see a judge, see court schedule.
How do I get protection from my violent spouse or partner?
Request an “Order of Protection.” Call Victim Witness at (406) 771-1180 Ext 218 or go to the Police Department and ask for Victim Witness. Orders are issued on an appointment basis.
