At Great Falls Fire Rescue, we believe in putting the needs of our Community first! We are committed to keeping you and your family safe by protecting your life and property.

We are a full service department trained to respond to a wide variety of incidents including:

• fires,
• medical emergencies,
• hazardous materials,
• technical rescues - ice & cold water rescues,
• confined space rescues and
• everything in between.

We have 20 Firefighter Paramedics which allow us to initiate Advanced Life Support procedures.

In today's fire department, we do a lot more than fight fire and drive in parades. We:

• conduct Safety Inspections of each business in the City of Great Falls,
• maintain the City's fire hydrants,
• patrol the River's Edge Trail and perform free blood pressure checks
• train extensively to keep our skills honed and maintain required certifications
• maintain our own equipment and buildings; and
• offer extinguisher classes and tours of the fire stations.

We have been proudly serving the City of Great Falls since 1886.
