Electronic Utility Bill Notification
For our environmentally conscious and online customers, we now offer Electronic Bill Notifications!
When you sign up for Electronic Utility Bill Notification, you:
- receive an email on the day your paper bill would be mailed telling you how much is due and when
- can stop receiving a paper bill
- can follow the link to see an electronic copy of any insert that was in the printed bills
- use the Online Utility Payment and Information System to see what the hard copy bill would have looked like (and pay the bill if you want).
Please note: Electronic Utility Bill Notification and the Online Utility Payment and Information System are two separate services. You do not have to sign up for the Online Utility Payment and Information System when you sign up for Electronic Notification (or vice versa), although we encourage customers to take advantage of both, especially since both services are FREE.

You can also use the form below to update the email address your Electronic Notification is sent to.
You will receive an email verification notice when our staff has completed the set-up. After that, you will receive a paper bill for two more months, then the email notification only.
