Residential Utility Rates
or "How do you calculate my bill?"

First, there are the base charges. For water the Base Service Charges per Month are based on the meter size. The Base Service Charges per Month are shown in the following table.

Added to the Base Water Service Charge per Month is the Base Charge for Sewer which is $5.40 for Regular Residential and $4.86 for Low Income Residential.

On top of these base charges there are monthly usage charges for water and sewer determined by the following schedule:
