Kayak Classes Offered at the Natatorium
Are you looking for a comprehensive, affordable kayak class that will take you from beginner to novice status?
In the comfort of an indoor pool, we cover just about everything you need to know to head to the river:
- power, bracing, and turning strokes emphasizing proper technique
- balancing maneuvers
- the roll
- self and group rescues
- river reading
- and a host of other topics that will get you to the river in a timely, safe manner.
Certified ACA Instructors will guide you through the learning experience, using the best equipment on the market, the latest and most proven techniques, and demonstrate a sincere desire to share their experience with you.
Kayak Class
Basic instruction in kayaking in a 4 week Course.

Kayak Roll and Paddling Class:
First and Third Tuesdays of every month from 7 to 9:30 pm
Single session classes focus on the roll, also include forward, reverse & turning strokes
Cost per person: $40.00
