Annual Performance Report
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) illustrates how the City of Great Falls carried out its strategic plan within the Consolidated Plan for the past fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). It describes how federal funding, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and other sources of funding were used in cooperation to work toward the goals of the Consolidated Plan.
The 2010/2011 CAPER was submitted to the Department of Housing & Urban Development on September 26, 2011. The CAPER is available for review online and at the CDBG/HOME & Neighborhood Council office, Room 4, Civic Center, during regular business hours.
