West Bank Urban Renewal Plan (899k PDF) - Approved by the City Commission on March 20, 2007.
Land Development Code (Title 17) and Zoning Map - Effective October 6, 2005, and amended April 6, 2007, Great Falls' Land Development Code includes all land development regulations in one Title. The code and zoning map are available online, or may be reviewed in the Planning Office.
Great Falls Growth Policy - The City Commission approved the Growth Policy on June 21, 2005.

Transportation Improvement Program (165k PDF) - Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) for Federal Fiscal Years 2007-2011
South Arterial Feasibility Study (733k PDF) – A study of the feasibility of a new arterial around the City of Great Falls was completed in early 2004. The study’s executive summary (733k PDF) is available on-line and the entire study can be obtained directly from the Planning Office in printed format.
Student Safety Plan – The Plan recommends projects and improvements for crosswalks, sidewalks, traffic control signs, parking, fencing, bus stops, drop-off/pick-up areas, law enforcement, education, etc. to help improve the safety of students going to and from school.
2003 Great Falls Transportation Plan – A major update to the Great Falls Area Transportation Plan was completed in 2003.
