Tree branches

Tree branches should be cut into 4' lengths and bundled or put in a box and placed next to their regular container.

Refrigerator/air conditioner disposal

Refrigerators and air conditioners must have refrigerant (freon) removed by a certified technician.
The unit must be tagged by the technician, and then the resident may call for a special pickup of the item by a Sanitation Foreman.

You may also take your refrigerator or air conditioner to the City Recycling Center. They will charge for the refrigerant (freon) removal and disposal of the item.

Large items

White goods such as washers, dryers, hot water tanks and other appliances may be disposed of by calling to make arrangements for pickup.

Items that should not be placed in container

What Time Should My Rollout Container Be Out?

Containers may be placed for collection after 6:00 p.m. on the previous day, but not later than 7:00 a.m. on collection day.
