Art Camp
Art Camp Schedule 2008:
June 9th- 13th, The Art of the Circle: Kids will learn about all things round.
June 16th- 20th, The Art of Drama: Kids will learn visualization of their favorite movie parts and how a movie comes together.
June 23rd-27th, Edible Art: Kids will create their masterpiece, then get to eat it.
June 30th- July 3rd, Multicultural Art Camp: Kids will learn about Native American art in our community and explore mural art in our neighborhoods.
July 7th – 11th, Bugs and Nature Art: Kids will learn to look and see the art in nature.
July 14th- 18th, Wet and Wild Art: Kids will create art with water and wild imaginations.
July 21st - 25th, Traditional Art: Kids will learn about traditional art through drawing and clay.
July 28th – August 1st, Yucky Art: Kids learn to create art with mud, sticks, and other yucky things.
The Community Recreation Center will:
- Provide quality instruction
- Provide a tobacco, alcohol, and drug free environment
- Make sure camp staff is certified in first aid and child/infant CPR
- Make your child's camp experience fun, eventfull, and fulfilling in all aspects of their learning.
