Kiddie Kamp Schedule 2008

Kid’s summer camps are for children entering Kindergarten thru entering 1st grade. There are only 20 spots available. The cost is a $25 deposit, due when you sign up, with a remainder $65 due the week of camp. This is a total of $90 per child, per week. This cost covers travel expenses, camp counselors, craft materials, and activities. They will need a sack lunch and an extra snack each day. There is a $10 discount available for more than one child enrolled, per family. Camp times are from 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Our goal is to provide a tobacco, alcohol, and drug free setting, with quality instruction and fun.
Kiddie Camp Schedule
June 9th- 13th, Bike Camp: Focus on learning to bike ride with safety, and enjoying tours of museums and fun at the parks.
June 16th- 20th Missoula Children’s Theatre Camp: Focus on the drama, Red Riding Hood. The children will perform this play for the public on Friday, June 20 at 6;00 p.m. at the Mansfield Theater. Tickets may be purchased at the door, $5 each, seating will be general admission on the main floor of the theater. Tickets may be purchased at the door.
June 23rd-27th, Fruitastic Camp: Focus on learning about nutrition with games and crafts built around fruits, vegetables with a Banana split day to top it off.
June 30th- July 3rd, Celebrate Our Heritage: Focus on our countries independence with patriotic games, crafts, and a whole lot of fun.
July 7th – 11th Animug Camp: Focus on learning about animals and bugs, while exploring nature in Montana’s great outdoors.
July 14th- 18th, Wet and Wacky Camp: Focus on exploring water through fun and games, with splashing at the pools in the afternoon.
July 21st - 25th, Sports Camp: Focus on learning about martial arts and gymnastics, with yoga games and crafts.
July 28th – August 1st, Yucky Slime Camp: Focus on Slimy activities and grimy games, while enjoying the parks in Great Falls.
The Community Recreation Center will:
- Provide quality instruction
- Provide a tobacco, alcohol, and drug free environment
- Make sure camp staff is certified in first aid and child/infant CPR
- Make your child's camp experience fun, eventfull, and fulfilling in all aspects of their learning.
