The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) illustrates how the City of Great Falls carried out its strategic plan within the Consolidated Plan for the past fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). It describes how federal funding, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funding received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and other sources of funding were used in cooperation to work toward the goals of the Consolidated Plan.
The 2012/2013 CAPER was submitted to the Department of Housing & Urban Development on November 25, 2013. The CAPER is now available for review online (see attachments below), at the Great Falls Public Library, and at the CDBG/HOME Office in the Planning & Community Development Department, Room 112, Civic Center, during regular business hours.
This is an opportunity for all citizens to review and comment on the City's performance regarding the Consolidated Plan and the CDBG and HOME grant programs, and all interested persons are urged to do so. For further information, call Jolene Wetterau, CDBG/HOME Administrator, at 455-8407.
