This new report provides estimated ranges of values and costs to purchase lands and/or development rights from private property owners located at the north and south ends of the Base runway. The study information will be used to evaluate the financial feasibility of acquiring the lands and/or development rights as a means or strategy to protect future possible Zones from incompatible land uses and development.

This study was prepared by the consulting firm of HB&A to analyze the relationship and incompatibilities between land development proposed near MAFB and future possible flying missions. The study also presents alternative strategies to address identified incompatibilities.
