City Manager Names Feist as Information Technology Director

Great Falls, MTCity Manager Greg Doyon announced today the appointment of Todd Feist as the City’s Information Technology (IT) Director. The IT Director is a senior executive who provides leadership, direction, and oversight of the City’s vast network system and technology services. Feist started his role on December 18, 2023.

Mr. Feist brings years of  IT experience in both the public and private sectors. In the private sector, he most recently served as the Technical Operations Manager of SCC Inspection Services in Great Falls, MT. In the public sector, he was the Data and System Manager for the City of Indio’s Water Authority in Indio, CA, before returning to Great Falls in 2020.

In February 2024, Feist will complete his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University. He also holds ten high-level, IT-specific professional certifications in hardware and software troubleshooting, web development, cloud computing concepts and services, and network management.
