Notes:

• On June 6, 2016, Item 15, Awarding the Construction Contract for Water Treatment Plant Improvements, was moved from the Contracts List to New Business.
• On June 7, 2016, the packet for Item 17, Public Hearing on Ordinance 3139 Amendments to the Sign Code, was replaced by a copy with minor, non-substantive administrative changes made to the item since the original posting.  These changes are highlighted in the new copy.
