Adjacent Property Owner Due Process Rights - Amending Zoning Districts (Rezones)

In association with the Bay View Apartments rezoning request that requires review by both the Zoning Commission and City Commission, Department Director Brock Cherry has issued a Public Memo explaining how protests against rezoning petitions can be filed that affect consideration of such rezoning requests at the City Commission.
