Central Ave / 3rd St Drainage Improvements Phase 1 Street Closure

            GREAT FALLS, Montana – The City of Great Falls has a contract with Ed Boland Construction Inc., for a stormwater pipe replacement project which is located at the following location:

•   3rd Street S from 4th Avenue S to 2nd Avenue S.
•  3rd Avenue S from 3rd Street S to 4th Street S.
•  2nd Avenue S from 3rd Street S to 5th Street S.

The construction activity will require temporary closure of these streets. The contractor will be working in this area between May 8th and September 1st 2023. During the construction period these streets will be closed to through traffic. Local access will be provided during construction. The contractor will provide barricades and detour signs in the area of construction to re-route traffic. The public’s patience and consideration during this process is appreciated.
